Efraim Carlson offers a firm “hard bid” for the project and, if selected, oversees every aspect through post-occupancy. Like with Construction Management, all subcontractors work under our direct supervision, ensuring quality and cohesion.

For a more customized option, Pre-Qualified General Contracting allows the owner and architect to invite a select group of specialized contractors to submit qualifications and pricing. This streamlined competition among skilled experts often results in a higher-quality, more reliable outcome than traditional bidding.
